In this age group the overall skills of the girls are usually more advanced.  Pitching is faster and generally more accurate than previous leagues.  Coaches will start positioning players more based on their skill set and physical ability.  A League is closely related to playing at the middle school level and is the stepping stone to those wanting to continue playing through to high school.  Prepping them for that level should be the goal for every coach in this league.  Game play is faster, more fun to watch, and with more advanced strategy being taught and utilized through every inning.
